How long does it take it initiate a debt consolidation?

Will gc services accept a smaller settlement for a debt that is owed?

What happens when there is absolutely no money to pay off credit card debt due to long illness ending in death of one spouse and leaving the other on very fixed income. This combined credit card debt is approx 10,000 and four years old. Initially collections agencies were calling all hours for approximately 2 years then stopped, and just recently started up again in the last week - is this because the statute of limitations is close to expiring. I reside in Florida, I think the SOL is 5 years.

I was just talking to a lady who works there and she was supposed to send me some info that i need. But i haven't received it as of yet. All i need to know is do i have to close my account out first before i get the info. And also will i get into trouble with these people? Please let me know as sonn as possible. Thank you Nancy

I have one more year in my chapter 13 five year payment plan and was thinking in paying it off in five to six months so I can get an early dismissal maybe by end of year. My question is can I do this or is the trustee going to ask for more money since I can pay more? Also I took out a credit card with $300 limit to help reestablish my credit is this going to hurt me in dismissal of Chapter 13. Thanks

recently separated due to financial need,applied for 3 payday loans not able to pay anything toward principal continue to loan fee.they are with advance today,white hills and peppercash any advice will be appriciated.
