has anyone rec'd a garnishment from a collection agency for a payday loan?

joe pezzuto has a variety of numbers listed across the us - lately i have been getting calls from Arlington, Texas 817-385-6430 , 817-522-4678 , 817-594-8993 , 817-522-4678 , 817-385-6929 when I ask for validation of debt, I get something that looks like it was printed in somone's garage. Nothing official or anything with the company they say I owe. Who do I contact to dispute the debt?

Anyone recieving calls from 205-533-8815 threatening to charge with wire fraud over an alleged payday loan. They are calling repeatedly to myself, my family my employer Any suggestions?

I contested a T mobile bill on my credit reports from Diversified Consultants in Jacksonville FL. All three have deleted it from there reports due to non verification. I am now getting phone calls every hour from MCM about this same bill. The T Mobile bill was complete nonsense. How can I get these bottom feeders from making harassing phone calls? By the way these are all Indian sounding individuals most of which I can't even understand. They will not give me an address or a number to identify without giving them my address etc. as "verification" Isn't this against the law?

Ok so I have been going back and forth with Plain Green and Lakota Cash for the past 2 weeks. I have sent my emails about their illegal loan practices and revocation notices and closed my bank account. They are not budging to my demands so now its times to file to the AG, FTC and BBB. this credit agency is calling my brother in another state re: my debt! How can I get that to stop. When I call the agency that is actually working for Pinnacle (Stevens and Michaels and Assoc. ) their explanatio is that they don't know--or were given that info by Pinnacle. :(
