I just registered yesterday. It asked me to pick a username, which I did. But my posts are showing with my email as my user name which is my real name, which I do not want posted here. I have messaged the Admin but have gotten no answer. It won't let me delete my post or edit or delete my user account. Someone please tell me how to change this!! Thanks in advance! :confused:

Dear First Source Advantage llc, I recently received a copy of my transUnion credit report. The credit report showed a credit inquiry by your company that I do not recall authorizing. I understand that you shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my file unless I have authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit file because it is making it very difficult for me to acquire credit. I have sent this letter certified mail because I need your prompt response to this issue.

I need an opinion. I took out multiple installment loans with Plain Green which is illegal in CA. Maybe I should pay them the principal for my outstanding loan? I really don't want pay them any more money.

okay so i got a call from ace cash express about my loan i took out. well i recently lost my job and not to mention my 3 year old ended up in the hospital and since i just moved to texas his insurance is not over here yet. they didnt wanna help me out on anything and at this point i cant pay for anything. i didnt give them a check or my banking account info, im going to pay it back as soon as i start getting money coming back in. the only info they have of mine is my address. can they do anything to me until i get a job and pay them back?:confused:

I spoke with a Asset representative today-- I gave out my SS# before thinking it through in an effort to identify my account and dispute that I owed. Should I be worried as they did already have the last 4 #s of my SS. They did quickly state I did not owe and would send a letter within 7-10 day to verify. Just as a precaution I have put a fraud alert on all 3 credit bureau's as well as made a complaint with the BBB requesting a written response from them re: how they even had my information and why they assumed I owed a $2,206.46 bill for a gym I never joined!!!!

I have 3 payday loans outstanding. I have used these payday loans multiple times and rolled over some of the finance charges and principle. I haven't calculated how much I have paid in finance charges but I am pretty sure I have exceed my principal by a lot. I am at the point I can't do this anymore. I noticed that in Maine they are illegal because they are not licensed and have exceed the max. interest. What should I do? Contact them? Close my bank account? Stop the ACH debits?

**Joined the community and reposted at the advice of an expert member so I could follow the post.** Also, if it helps, I'm in Tennessee. After reading this forum for about a month, I finally got the nerve to close my account, send ACH letters to all 4 of my payday loan companies. I also have one storefront here in town that I called. Then I waited. This is what's happened so far with each...there are a few that I need help knowing what I should do next. -Check Into Cash - They started calling immediately. Called me once. When I didn't answer, called my job and my 2 references.
