are they legit in NC and how do I make payment without using my bank info?

I received a full reconveryance involving my ex husband Charles L Lander & myself. We divorced over 4 years ago. Please explain.

They have called me regarding a person born in 1988 threatening an arrest warrent being issued,:confused: I was born in 1949, so they are full of it and using illegal collection practices:o. I am contacting and suggest anyone being contacted by this company should, the state atty.general.

in the never ending cycle of payday loans, i am going to default on them and close my checking account. i currently have seven with the following companies: cashnetusa, checkintocashonline, cashcure, cashcall (formerly western sky loan), check n go installment loan, sureadvance, and mypaydayloan...my question is what will happen next? i am in ohio and have used the advice for illegal loan companies but they don't seem to care. i am willing to payback what i owe...i just need time. any advice from anyone would be appreciated

When I was married my wife had very bad credit and could not take a student loan out for her son. I took out a 12,000 dollar loan for him. I payed the interest on this loan for two years but then became permanently disabled. Because of her drug habit we separated then divorced. During the separation I told her I was not going to make the payment on her sons loan because he never went to school. My stepson spent the year up north at his girlfriends house bought him a full meal plan and sent money and extra food and supply's monthly and he finished the year with a 0.58 gpa.

I took out a loan back in 1992. It has been deferred for about 4 years now and they are still after me. It has been 22 years!!

My school was discharged in bankruptcy through the original lender. The loan was repurchased by the guarantor. They are now trying to collect on the loan. Should I send a debt verification letter to them since they are refusing to except this loan being discharged?

I just got a call from United Cash Loans. I've never had a loan with them. I've read some of the forms. Do I have to worry they'll take money out of my account? I have never given them an account number or had a loan with them. The number they called from is 800-587-9648. The only reason I know who they are is I did a reverse search.
