i live in the state of florida and was wanting to know what will happen if i am not able to pay back a loan to check and go .. i have called and even went in to ask them for longer extension for help and i told them that i didnt have the funds in my account because of my old work had shorted me on my check and i had bills that had to be paid and daycare that had to be paid as well... can someone help out with some helpful info please and please honest answers we all have hard times in life ..thank you. but the check and go would not help me and they said that they sent my check to the bank..

This afternoon I received a call from brother-in-law who I see approximately 3 times per year stating that someone from United Litigations called him trying to find me. They gave him my married name and my maiden name and asked him several questions; however, they would not give him any information other than that I had two charges against me and that they were trying to reach me to "serve" me with papers. They gave him a phone number 877-258-8587 and a case #.

I sent revocation emails to my illegal payday lenders on Friday, May 4 and I have still not heard anything back from them yet. I have put a hard block on my account so tomorrow when I get paid they should not be able to access the funds. My question is how soon do they usually take to respond. When I went on idealgelt's website to log into my account to see if anything had changed it basically said that I still owed the principle plus the interest and that my next due date was 5/23/2012 and then it said activation pending.

I replied to the 2nd of 2 phone messages left by FSA on the evening of 5/8/12. I spoke with a lady named Maria. I gave her the reference number left in the message, told her my name and then she said she was going to ask a few questions to verify my identity. One was the question: are the last 4 didgits of SS number 4206. I repleied no, but gave her the correct one whic was just 1 digit different from what she said. Then she said that they may be calling the wrong oerson; did I have a son with the same name, Thomas, as mine.

I had my Trailblazer repossessed about 2 months ago. It finally sold at auction and I got the notice yesterday. Unfortunately, it only sold for half of what I owe. JD Byrider approved us for a vehicle, but their vehicles were high in mileage and not too pretty to look at. Just as I was about to sign for the best they could offer me, my mother-in-law calls and offers to sell me her car (better condition). What should I do? I'm afraid that I'll get sued because of the deficiency and they'll take any vehicle I get. What would happen if I filed for bankrupsy? What is my best option?
