I sent A request for debt validation so the CA sent me lots and lots of copies from sprint but heres the thing... I started reading and they just sent the first 3 bills twice each plus a bill that was not mine with not my name on it! What should I do?

I am a single mother of 3 children i told vrs that i couldnt pay at this time i dont have a job or any income coming in i live with my elderly father is there any way any one can help me talk to them to get them to understand i cant pay :(

I filed Chpt 13 bankruptcy almost 2 years ago and have been making my monthly payments. Lately, i have found myself in a never ending loop of taking out payday loans, paying them, taking them out again...etc...etc.. I don't feel like i'll ever be able to escape this viscious cycle. Can I use my Chapt 13 case / status to basically default on these loans? I know default is probably the wrong word, but basically advise the payday loan folks that i have filed Chpt 13 Bankruptcy, and have them submit a claim?

I had to foreclose on a property in Fl - can't do bankruptcy because of LLC interest - deficiency is $283,000. I live in a homesteaded property that is free and clear, my car is almost paid off and I own an old motorhome - 1992 with book value of $12,000 - $30,000. Am trading car in for a new vehicle w/new loan, can "sell" motorhome to a friend for $10,000 . Question: will Dyke-o'neal be interested in this type of vehicle? I have no money in bank accounts, make $60,000. annually and am head of household with 2 small children at home.

I had a credit card through Juniper Bank which was charged off in 2006. In 2008 the debt was purchased by Harvest Credit Management. They sued me but I countersued for violations. The case was settled out of court. I agreed to drop my suit and they agreed to drop their suit and never try to collect again or sell the debt (basically acting like the debt doesn't exist anymore) Fast forward to this year, I get a mysterious voicemail from 'John Vick' from Nationwide DMS saying that my case was forwarded to his desk for 'Final decision'.

I have pulled my credit report to finally take care of my collection accounts that I have. I called one of the lenders and they had advised me that it is from a First Premier Card that was closed in 2004. This is showing up as new on my credit report in 9/2011. I dont recall having a card that far back. Can they have it appear on my report after all this time? Doesnt unpaid debt come off after 7 or so years? I just need some guidence as what to do.

i have five payday loans in al in which i can not survive.all are made at local payday locations and none arre willing to work with me. my credit is not good now so i cant borrow from a bank to pay off the loans and consolidate. im lost ... what options do i have?

Received an email from Peak 3 with an attachment "General Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement" which basically says that they will release me from liability (the payment of $480.00 and collection action) if I release them from liability (for bank fees) and promise not to report them to the authorities. Is this legit? The letter looks legal and has a signature, but it is not written on company letterhead and there are no identifying marks/address on the letter. Should I sign and return or not? Original pdl taken out January 2012 for $300

[LEFT]Over the past five months I have taken out serveral PDL loans because I was out of work alot d/t an illness. I finally realized I am drowning in these loans, I literally feel as though I can't breath because of this and I am only taking more loans out to cover the other ones. I have been reading these post on and off and thought I could handle this myself once I get back working on a regular basis, I finally realized I can't handle it and It is putting my stress on and making my MS (that is my illness) worse.

Can a credit card co. take your property in the state of NC?
