FIA card services changed my account without notification. Is that allowed??

I made a stupid mistake of taking out multiple payday loans. I live in the state of Maryland and I have 3 payday loans. The are Ideal Gelt $500 plus $150 interest (I've paid $300) MB Marketing $250 plus $75 interest (paid $75) Shoreline Online $250 plus $75 interest (paid $75) Are any of these lenders legal or CSO's? At the rate I am going if I pay the interest every two weeks I will be paying them a total of $600 a month on interest alone and I can't afford to pay them off.

I made a payment arrangement with my bank to pay a credit card on a monthly basis. Due to someone forgetting to change a code, (according to someone at the bank's recovery department), this debt was accidentally sold to Beaudreau. They started calling me three to four times a day, trying to get me to pay. I did not answer their calls at first, simply let them go to voice mail since I did not know who they were or what they wanted. Finally my son answered the phone, and passed on the message, and I called them back.

Its a claim being filed against me. 2 years ago i took out a loan from Ace or some place like that and I was unable to pay the full amount back due to going through some horrible personal problems. The amount I cant even remember. I do remember paying on it but I dont remember what the final amount was. So i called the toll free number andThey said i either go to court and pay $1900 which includes fees or settle and pay $1000.

Has anyone worked with the company Professional Debt consultants. If so, how did it work out?

I have about $25,000 in debt on 3 cards. I am considering using a company called Debt Reduction Services, Inc. They advertise that they are nonprofit and that they are A-listed with the BBB. I would have to pay a $40 fee, $578 a month for 5 years. It will be very hard for me to pay that amount but I have to figure out a way to make some progress as all I can do is pay minimum fees right now. I would really appreciate any info/advice. Thanks (I'm a single mom, not high income)

Anyone have any experience with them? They seem to be on the up and up and they're non-profit.
