I came across a settlement offer made to a family member on a debt that was sent about a year ago. If she pays it now, will the charge be cleared up in her credit report? :confused:

I made a horrible life mistake and went to college (ITT Tech) for an associates degree. Hopes were to get some good education and a nice job afterwards were I wouldn't have to struggle. Well I got the Associates degree but the education was poor and the degree was worthless. I'm not in any better position doing similar work as to what i was doing before , barely scraping by. On top of this since getting that worthless paper degree I've been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Edema, Sleep apena and a number of other ailments and I'm currently falling behind in medical bills.

I received a call in regards to fraudulent activity attached to my ss#. When I called the company I asked who I was calling and the person said she worked for various attorneys. She proceeded to ask my case number they left I gave it to her and then she wanted to verify my email address and ss#. I asked her what this was in reference to and she was going around in circles with me that she needed to verify my email and ss#. I verified my email only and still she would not give me no information so I asked her to mail me the information and she declined she needed to verify my ss#.

My bank acount got negative because I used the money and the checks that I deposited from sombady were no good. The bank has vidoe when I withdrawed $2500. I had deposited $200 every two weeks and the acount from $6000 went down to $5200 until now. The suncoast student credit union tell me that I only got 45 days or they take it to the authorities. I dont have that cash and I dont want to go to Jail.

I was in a serious crunch and started taking out payday loans online. I have been doing fine but have now gotten to the point where I have exhausted myself and wont make good on all debits this Friday.

:mad:I made loan for $400.00. It was just tranferred to my bank and the amount now is $569.96. Does thhis seem right to you? Is there anyway I can get out of this loan?

I took out a loan from Western Sky who sold it to CashCall for 2,000 my repayment is 294 per month and the interest rate far exceeds NJs 30%. Can I fight this? What should I do first, second, third. Thanks for your help

I live in Ohio and i had a voicemail by them saying that they will take legal actions. im not sure what to do. if i owe the debt i would like to take care of it but i thought they were paid off. the debt was back in 2007. it was a pay day loan. they also said that i delt with them way before i ever did. if i owe then i would like to take care of it but i tried to call the company and the number is disconnected. according to the BBB this company is no longer around. what is the best way to deal with the law office and should i demand something in writing

I am current on my payday loans but i had to miss paying my mortgage to pay those I saw your blog on what to do but my employeer requires us to have our paychecks direct deposit what can I do?
