I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

received my letter had to send or fax back before friday which is today just wanted to say that i did send it back out of curiosity and the funny thing is they will never receive a dime from me. i know i am special and god blesses me everyday in every way. do not need a con artist to tell me how special i am

I stongly suggest everyone do what I did.

I used me fax program to fax back the entire letter with my name crossed off, 1000 times and whenever I feel low I do it again and again etc.

Since I have unlimited calls on my phone service it only cost me about 10 cents to do but its cheaper then therapy

Have fun.

Yes I did get a letter from the nouveau tech and I got on the Internet and look up Frank Wallace and found a site that said some good things about him, so I bought the book and it was so big and I started to read it and after I read about 70 pages I was disapointed because it was very boring talking about doing things like logging everything you do down on paper and the book is still unread,I also got a letter saying that a week after I got the book someone will be calling me,that was in jan.o6 and still no-one has called yet.

I received this letter yesterday and obviously went online to research. I am a born-again Christian, so from the beginning of this letter, I knew it was full of "hooey" =) however, after researching, I know feel it was nothing but pure evil. All of the wonderful things promised to us in this letter does not compare in anyway to knowing the wonderful things promised to us by God. I am so thankful for the disernment givin to not fall into this evil trap. I also want to say that by simply placing a stamp on the return envelope, is like tithing a seed into satans ministry of lies. I pray that those who fell into his trap will see the pit they are in and repent to stand on the rock of salvation rather than the sinking sands of hell. Sincerly, Lisa

dorisdefazio,
Is the book 1000 pages? Did you pay 139 dollars for it?
I am curious if anyone has received the 1000 page book.

Natural Cures, the book by Kevin Trudeau, is the best that could have happened in this malevolent world. I do I know it works? I was brought up by a father that followed what Kevin talks about. And I'm 72 and have never been sick, and look 20 years younger. If you want to know more write me:

I got my letter missed my deadline has anyone wondered why in all the letters they are giving the book to people yet they are trying to charge the rest of us special people $140 If we were such an asset to their club shouldn't we get the secrets for free too This one tops the cake of scams!

Dear fellows, I got the letter about 2 weeks ago and I was a little skeptical since I noticed some of the red flags mentioned by some of you. However I ordered the "free" package and I read it on friday March 31, 2006. As soon as I started reading the free material, I started feeling a lot better physically and mentally, nothing dramatically has jet happened to me, but I am feeling better and better. I was getting drunk almost every weekend nigths and was smoking about 1 package of cigarrets a day. Friday when I first read the materials I still got drunk and smoked about the same. As I am writting this message, at 4:56 a.m., sunday the 2d, I am feeling even better. I was bored as usual and at about 6 pm yesterday (saturday) I started to drink and smoke again, but after 2-3 beers and 2-3 cigarrets, exponstaneusly I begun to rinse my mouth with the beer without wanting to swallowed it. intersting it was very satisfying I did same thing with the smoke and I stopped drinking and smoking so far. I am sober and feeling great. A also agree with one of your comments that we all have special wonderful talents and powers or divine gifts. That is what the materials says, and it is true. In my case the materials have so far help me feel better and better by the hour. I guess it did helped trigger or reactivate said latent powers and divine talents in me. I guess others may have also special gifts that may be different or that may be triggered by a different event, mechanisim, or circumstance. I feel a lot better reading this materials than going to a doctor, theraphist, some restaurants, bars, movies, etc. that cost more. I guess what is real works and you see it and feel it, so if it is working for me, I believe on it, I guess it is the rigth timing for me. sincerely.

"Kevin" is supposed to be a "TV celebrity and copywriter" --- not the man sending the letter, John Finn, in my case (who may be as real as Huckleberry Finn, by the way). I thought it a bit strange that "DOMESTIC FIRST CLASS FOREIGN AIRMAIL" would be used to send a letter from Grove City, Ohio to Woodstock, Alabama for only 30 cents. That sounds like a bulk mailing rate to me. And how could it be both "DOMESTIC" and "FOREIGN"? It may sound official, but it's really an oxymoron. Also, the bar code over my name would seem to indicate its presence in a mailing list or database somewhere to be used for the purpose of mass mailing. However, I said, "Why not?", and returned the letter. I decided to see what they'd send, also decided not to send any money unless they send something that makes me some first. Too, it has to be something that wouldn't violate God's commandments or put one out of the Way of Holiness. If there really was a secret society out there that had its eye on me, what "mark" would I be required to take to join? Then, too, "Thou canst not serve God and Mammon." (money)

Hey, I work in Grove City.....Definately not a foreign place...:)

All of this is a state of mind....Those who believe in this "society" will feel things from it..Good or bad...Same goes for most everything. It is healty to have faith in something....But you should not have to pay for it.

This thing TO ME sounds like some kind of cult...But if it's what makes you feel good..So be it.

Hi guys is me again. i continue feeling great. good thing is that i have felt this type of state of mind in several occassions before with different triggerings/chatalists, including being in love and not loved back, being in a great relationship, after great ,**** when i was a kid most of the time but not concious of it, reading the bible entirely, several christian and catholic books, articles, songs, going to churches diferent denominations, reading new age books, reading whtch-type authors like Carlos Castaneda, and now these materials. This shows by the preponderance of the evidence in me, that there may be a variaty of triggering events like this, but ultimately, our divine nature and powers are real, since all of the sources above including the bible agree w this statement. Jesus said that we will do the miracles he performed and more. Now the "powers" I have experienced so far regarless of the triggering event are not supernatural, is realy being in a great state of mind feeling great physically and emotionally, i guess what some religions call nirvanna, or in a state of grace, or just feeling great. Regarless of what comes next, the important think is that i feel great now and love my self lot more. what ever i get material i will enjoy more than ever, just like kids, and that is the lost paradise or heaven on earth which by the way, is possible according to Jesus in the Bible. In my experience we ougth to be carefull in selecting the triggering material because some are more burdensome than others, most begin w promises, and most require money, commitment, specially the ones involving a women/man, which require more money and emotional problems, total commitment and loss of freedom. All books spiritual or not cost money. traditional religions want more than 10% or your gross income, even when the Bible clearly indicates that it should be share in a thanks given party with church people, your employees, orfans an widows but only after you have taken the promised land were milk and honey flows from the earth and you had been freed from all your enemies; not feeling great is even more expensive and damaging in all respects. Having great **** also implies some comitment, money and in lot of times emotional pain before you get there, easier way would be a **** but is illigal so can cost you more. So i go with whatever works with least cost. 1 package of cigarrets a day is 365x4.65 is lot of money not to mention the other costs involved. paying for taking girls to dates can get expensive not to mention the mental distress, 10% of your income is not cheap, supporting a wife/family cost you not only your entire wallet plus your life, except for a few ones, by the way all such costs are tax deductable by the governments. just be honest with yourself, Jesus said that marriage was not for everybody and that at resurrection, which can happen here on earth at any time for any individual according to Bible, nobody will marry nor will be given into marriage, if you are not getting what you were suppost to get from what ever let go and move on. being unhappy, unwhole is too expensive unnecessary price to pay. Even if these guys are taking advantage, so far is the cheapest way i have found, beside being a kid, which Jesus said the kindomn is like that, which i am getting there thaks in part for the valuable services and unappreciated love at the time i received from all the sources above including two wifes, once there i am sure i'll be free from any external stimula need, but enjoying everything. May God continue blessing you all abundantly and guiding you in your spiritual journey, regarless of the divine means he use for you at any given time, including this page.

For anyone who is wondering.......I researched this group and Dr. Frank R. Wallace, who by the way is no longer living as of January 2006,(from what i read) the founder of the 2300 YEAR OLD manuscript. Apparently everyone is chosen and has special unlocked gifts. I sent a story to Bauer Publishing, who publishes Woman's World Magazine and weeks later was sent my lucky letter. It's all a scam under many different group names. They prey on people like me desperate to make money in an honest way. So don't send them anything!!

I recieved the initial letter from "Nouveau Tech" 2 weeks ago, and I responded immediately like they said! Today I recieved the free 55 page booklet that they promised,....exept it didn't tell me anything except to send them $160.00 for the secret book! Instead of sending them money I got on the internet and I feel sorry for people who don't do their homework, because they're out their money and their dignity!!!

Oh my god. They had me believing in this because I'm poor and barely making ends meet and in need of surgery but I put my trust in the neo stuff and paid them 138.00 to send me the book of so called secrets and I didn't understand a word of it. Is this legal? That's theft right? Something inside me told me to enter the name in google and this site came up and now I no I'm not alone. What can we do?

I've been a business man of one kind or another for most of my adult life. What I mean by ???one kind or another??? is to express that I've been in many different kinds of businesses, not good or bad practices. Some of them have been pretty shabby and it didn't take long to figure them out and bail while the stakes haven't gotten too high, nice when it happens that way but not always the case it the real world.

With a statement like that, you can assume that my business experiences have not all been successful and I couldn't agree with you more. I'm not necessarily proud of my past failures but nevertheless, I have learned much from them.

Yes, I received the letter from ???Nouveau Tech Society???, read the introduction letter and decided ???what the heck??? attitude and sent for the free membership package. Just as described in a surprising number of different places on the web, personal needs were recognized with general observations, promises were made that I find hard to believe could ever be fulfilled and lots of literature to go through with little time to make a rational or well informed decision.

The bottom line to my comments is this folks:
1 - If it's too good to be true, it is.
2 - If the offer is contingent to a deadline, the reason that is the one under the gun is also the target
3 - If the offer is not completed 100% as originally stated, then you've just been had!

These are very simple and basic rules to follow, sorta like the ???Prime Directive??? for the Star Treck followers (and for those who don't believe in the Ten Commandments from the Bible). Why on earth would somebody with such pertinent and reclusive information be willing to loose their proprietary advantage over the rest of the world by letting their proverbial ???cat out of the bag??? for others to use? Kinda self defeating! Too good to be true? You betchya!

As for limiting the time for response, that's an age old sales technique! Heck readers, I've never been a salesman but I can recognize a well over used pitch form the days of the pyramid scams and I'm sure they didn't invent it. It at any time somebody won't let you do with your money and time that you want to, check your mouth of wallet for a hook cause the bait is what they're hoping you're after.

Last but most definitely not least, the introduction letter said that my membership was free. Free because I was this special person with these most gifted qualities and they just had to have me on board with their ???secret society???! I think the ???special qualities they were hoping that I possessed the word ???sucker??? tattooed on my forehead. Once the second letter and pamphlet (ie, first installment) along with several additional things to read, I found the order form for the last installation of the prized information. Free huh? $130.00 is still better in my pocket than a stranger's. No, what they are offering isn't free by any means and that's strike 3 of some very basic business rules.

Go ahead, slip over to Yahoo.com and do a search under ???Nouveau Tech Society??? and do some homework for yourself! Quit whining about how you got ripped off by tht e ???bad people??? when everything I just mentioned is common knowledge and you already knew it before reading my post! Beside all that, a real truth I have always tried to remember is ???You can't conn an honest person???, if you got conned, were you being honest?

    Enjoy all,

    Douge

I too received the letter. Funny thing, every promise on their list pales in comparison to what I receive in my life each day from a little time with GOD and sincere prayer. They were right about one thing...I've "GOT IT"... "IT" being faith in God and a healthy spiritual life. Fortunately one of my spiritual gifts is intuition. This letter raises red flags in each paragraph when you have your trust and faith in God!!! Bibles are free for the asking from many resources. There's your book!!! There's your investment. They can put that in their profile!!!

I recieved my first letter about a month ago and continue to recieve letters telling me that i need to hurry and write them a check before i pass through "the second phase" and by then it will be too late for me! What i don't understand is where they got my information. I don't give out my address online anywhere except for when i applied for a home loan and downloaded my credit report. I have read Kevin's health book but I just borrowed it from somebody. I don't even have a credit card.

I got my free booklet the other day, 1 day before I had to send in payment for the second and last installment. I did find it interesting that they give you such a short period of time. Obviously a way to hurry a decision without enough time to really think about the situation. The letter they send and the booklet say pretty much what everyone in the world feels at some point in time and Nouveau Tech obviously think that there's a lot of people who won't pick up on that. "I'm special" yeah right. I would like to think so and so would everyone else I'm sure. I believe some people are lucky, others are born into better opportunities, and others know the right people. If you're not in one of those categories, you simply have to work really hard. Either way I'm pretty sure some book isn't going to change a whole hell of alot, except the fact that you'll have about $140 less in your bank account. I did notice that in the stories contained in the free booklet and letters, nobody paid for the book. Isn't that interesting. Where's the mystery person with my copy of the book? Why do I have to pay for mine? Especially if all these members are rich, I'm sure they can afford to give free books to prospective members. So just for fun, I'm going to write a letter in lieu of my "payment" asking them to send me a free copy so I don't miss out on my "deadline" and I'm gong to tell them that I'll be happy to pay them for it after I'm filthy rich. If their book is so great, then later payment will be no problem, right? I'll right back later if I get a response. Don't hold your breath because I sure as hell won't be holding mine.

I know someone that fell for the scam. They do not follow their own rules. Send information out late and you have to scramble to get it in only have a couple of days to read a 4 inch book. Then when they decide to send the rest of the books the postage runs about $90 and still no books a month later. And from what I understand all their interested in is
**** in multipules. Some way to make money and their website is really strange check it out. These people are weird. Don't fall for it.

Holy smokes! Even David Copperfield can't perform the "magic" these guys lay claim to. I will automatically, sub-consciously, w/o any effort on my part, become unbeleivably sucessful in every aspect of my life? Sounds like some one on halucinegens is appealing to others on the same drug. I don't know what planet they're on, but it's certainly not Earth.

It's funny. Apparently I am very special, yes I must be entering into my "second cycle" over and over again. The first time I recieved this, I would have to have had a time machine to go back in time to mail it in by the due date. Now after this 3rd time I was sent it, it just makes me laugh. They only offer me a free booklet if I send in their free invitation form. An invitation to what? If the book is free and it is so special, just send me the damnable book and let me see these miracle techniques for myself. The latest form is signed John Finn but he calls himself kevin in the letter? Bulk form letters in a envelope made to look like a first class mailings were my first tip that something was wrong about this. Seriously, if the things that were stated in this letter were true then Satan must be hitting rock bottom mailing out junk mail to harvest the souls of the greedy. ROFL!!!

Whoever said that it has to do with older people is wrong... I received a letter from Nouveau Tech Society just this week. I am only 22. I figured it was a bunch of bullshit, but now I'm starting to think it's some sort of a cult or witchcraft, like others have mentioned!! They didn't ask for money in my first letter, but I'm sure they would have asked for it in the second one! Personally, I think that it has to do with marketing schemes. If any of you have ever applied for more information on home businesses, get-rich quick schemes, or anything that will supposedly "better your life" quickly (as I know I have), all of our names have probably been pooled and sent to this "Nouveau Tech Society" for their scam! They probably assume, if we're "naive" enough to fall for Get-Rich Quick schemes (or even to inquire about them), then we're "naive" enough to fall for THEIRS, as well... and they can make their money. I'm turning them into the Better Business Bureau!!

I also got a letter. Since they claim to have investigated me quite closely, WHY DIDN'T THEY EVEN GET MY RIGHT NAME ON THE LETTER?? I never use my real name except to the doctor and the government. They didn't even get my nickname, just my first initial. This is a total scam, they probably bought some mailing list and figured since I bought something through the mail I was an easy target. My letter was from John Finn, and the return address is in Clifton, NJ. I'll see if I get another one in a few months. These people rarely give up after only one try.

I received the letter from Nouveau Society. I agree with wizardia, that FREE FREE FREE means it is going to cost me a bundle. All the wonderful compliments that this letter has to offer. I have been in a position where I would have fallen for things like this in the past and have been hurt so many times. People like us who are down on their luck are the most vulnerable. I hope no one ever gets hurt by these people again. God should find a special place that is only for these kind of rare and gifted people. We can only hope that creeps get, what goes around comes around.
