I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

I noticed your postings are from 2005. Well here they go again. I researched and found that once you apply for your free secrets. They send you free worthless material and want you to send them money for the actual secrets. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I sent it back just to see what they would send. You get a little booklet with these testomonies about all kinds of good luck. ha They also send you an order form for the next installment of the secrets. It only costs $139.00 if you order within 2 or 3 days. HA HA

I too have secret hidden tallents waiting to be released from within. I recieved my free orientation booklet and now they want $139.95 for the next book. If I have such amazing powers within this society should be doing everything in their power to get me in for free. I also bought in to the natural cures book. This looks like a connection to Kevin Trudeau. For those of you who don't know Kevin was imprisoned for a while for commiting fraud. Looks to me like he is behind this secret society and needs to go back to prison again permanantly!!! We just need to sue his ass now!!! DON'T BUY INTO THIS CRAP EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had received the 56 page pamphlet, the +1st Story" was essentially a "copy and paste" from the initial letter I had received. I am so glad that I had checked out the web, as I was doubious of sending in the $139.99). I am an expert on cults and how they operate. (I offer my eternal gratitude for the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC and one of their books "Mental Poisonong" by Dr. Spencer Lewis). Unlike this crap I have received in the post, the Rosicrucian Order AMORC is a genuine internationally recognised organisation respected since 1930 around the world. AMORC is not even a religion! They encourage one to think for themselves.

Prior to my AMORC affiliation, I had been a member of SGI-USA (Soka Gakkai International), a so-called "Buddhist" group which most definately IS a cult! (I call them the "Nam Myo Whores") I know how they operate, and this NTS is really no different! I recommend to anyone to avoid both the SGI-USA and the Nouveau Tech Crap! Thank you kindly this particular site!

I'm am so glad I decided to hit the internet and see what people were saying about Nouveau. I just received the "free" book today 6/1/06, and my deadline to order the 1,000 page book is 6/2/06. It just so happens to be a rough time in my life, so I read through the second story, which was nothing less than a spiel designed to create urgency (a marketing and sales basic technique)and get desperate people to part with money they can't afford to lose. That prompted me to search for comments regarding Nouveau, and stumbled on this site. I'm so glad I did. The book did give me one power though. The power to realize that I am smart enough to pull myself up, and dust myself off, without unlocking the mystical secrets of the universe. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM !!!

I bought a book Kevin Trudeau just to find out that the book is a ripoff. Then I recieved the "Nouveau Tech Society" invitation. When I read it I know it had to be a lie so I did a web-search and ended up here. There is a society

I have received 3 of these letters among other scams. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. If you have been victimized by these people contact the BBB and report them they have a little more power to defeat them, especially with our voices behind them!

I received a letter about two weeks ago. It sounded like a scam but I requested the 56 page book for free. It included 5 stories but it was really strange that noone in the stories paid for the secrets. I wont be either.

The marketing was so good that I had to respond if even only for a good laugh but when I received the first book it was actually full of usefull information. I tried out some of their suggestions and they have worked well for me. You have to be able to question where your accepted beliefs have come from though. It does make you think. How do my beliefs serve me if they can't even be questioned? Reading their 1st book just made my belief in God stronger.

Boy, did I get sucked in by this snake oil salesman. Yes, I' believed it and paid the $135.00. I mean afterall I am special and possess one trait,
" SUCKA " ...However, I'm still within the 90 day refund time frame! So, I will contact my credit card co. and get my full refund.
I'm so thankful that I googled this company and to find out they are scam artists!...I recieved my "so called" second letter and had signed as requested. I will however refuse the pkg upon delivery.
If there's a class action lawsuit with this company I, surely would be happy to join ranks with the plaintives!
GPG
P.s This email completes my second mini day of the day!...@%*&#)?%#!...aka bull.hit!!

I received a letter today June 13, 2006 to join this secret society from Kirsten Hart whose address is P.O. Box 6304 Dover, DE 19905-6304. The cut off date for this offer is June 16, 2006. After researching the society on Yazoo, I decided not to join.

After the first letter said that I only had 3 days to respond, and I didn't, then I received another one about a year later, and didn't respond before the 3 days and still received the booklet after responding a week later, I figured it had to be a hoax. The booklet never revealed anything they promised and just repeated itself over and over I had to put it down. It's a scam to keep you ordering book after book waiting for answers that you can get for free. All I can say, is that if you are buying the books, somebody is getting rich and it's not the people buying the books, it's the scam artist selling them. DON'T DO IT!

I don't see the scam yet. no one here has read the material from the book that you have to buy. I went to there web site they have tons of material form there book, and if you do purchase and you are not satisfied they "say," they will give your money back guarantee. I got the letter, read it, and run to the internet trying to find out who they are.
so far I've seen no real proof that their a scam or not. just people stating their opinion about it. several things are strange. Just that letter says one thing and there web site says another. The uregncy to do it now, and the repeating caught my attention. well that my two bit love em or leave em. go to check in to it more i well report back what i find.

I recieved the same letter, but I am finding it VERY odd because I NEVER purchased the book you are referring to. Well I was sure it was nonsense and a scam, but it is by far the most UNIQUE scam I have ever seen. He is a visionary in the area of scam art.

Gosh thanks a lot guys! I just recieved a letter yesterday from this Nouveau Tech society telling me how each and every actor/millionaire/accomplished scientist came to their succes. When they said all the succesful people that was the first lie. However what made it so interesting was that the letter was 8 pages long...I mean who would right a letter that long if you were just going to offer the material for free. Iregardless of that fact an 8 page letter on the other sounded quite genuine. However I am glad I came to this site first before I mailed it back. Help spread the word.

PS: Do not be fooled by long invitation letters they sound and look genuine.

Earlier this afternoon, I too received such a letter. At first, I had actually believed it... But now I know of the truth, which I must say: 'Tis quite the disappointment. Sadly, I've already sent back the letter as asked. I suppose that means I'll be hearing from him again (Woohoo). As for any future receivers of such a letter, take a good look at the address. If the address reads as the following, then I recommend that you take it to the police or the post-office and have as much done as possible to stop this:
3357 H. Southpark Place
Grove City, OH 43123

As for anyone who'd rather believe his lies, you have as much of my sympathy as I have regrets of this situation... And all should always keep these words in mind: The meaning of life is that which motivates one to have a life. In other words: Focus on the things in life that make you happy, and think nothing of these letters.

people really belive stories like this especially when you never had anything, instead of having your society talk about god and what he can, how he can change thier lives, stop scaming people and maybe god could change your lives the way your telling people your society can do oh!!!!!!!! I forgot to tell you that god services are free of charge.

-Wellp. I received the orientation booklet-sounded pretty neat actually, who wouldn't want "the American dream" so effortlessly; however..I noticed the ending of this "cycle two" thing "just happens" to prevent you from verifying the "3 very good things" promised within two weeks of reading the orientation-i'll admitt, I was very tempted to send for the ms-but was not surprised to learn it was a scam and didn't send it out...too bad there wasn't something like that out there that "is real!"

Yes, Yes, I got the letter too. It seems by the comment dates that I am way down on the list. Not sure how they got my Name or address. I havent bought any books from Kevin what's his name. I did feel as if there was a very dark side to this letter as I read on. Anyone who knows anything about God knows that you don't subject yourself to hipnotist, Professional Gamblers or luck. We all want to be successful, beautiful and free from addictions. Well, we all have that ability. First off, beauty is not in your skin, it's in your heart. I believe God only see's our heart and nothing else. Success is in the way you choose to live, not in your wallet and addictions can be cured with self control and prayer to the real God who made this World. (Jehovah God)
Thanks to him I knew this was "hooey".

I ordered the "Natural ures book" My letter was actually in the same package as the book. In a white envelope. My discernment told me it was bunk. The book was a little insiteful, but too much red-tape to get the real info. I wanted. To anyone with health issues, wanting knowledge, check out these websites.. --true knowledge concerning your health---FREE----- and lastly --this one has good free info, but some stuff you do have to order to get the info. The previous ones are completely free. Way more knowledge than Kevin T. will give you:)

July 24,06 I also received a letter today, 6 pages front and back. No phone number, physical address, or email address were included. It was signed by a Kirsten Hart. the only address included on the "invitation" was P.O. Box 6304 Dover, Delaware 19905-6304 and fax number 716-477-7488. The address on the envelope I received the letter in was 3357 H Southpark Place Grove City, Ohio 43123. I don't know if this is a scam or not,but doesn't sound legitimate. If anyone has further information, please email me

No, I didn't fall for it, but I am pretty talented in what I do (erotica writing, amateur sound engineering, graphic art, software and web-based programming, examples of these preoccupations can be found at ...). Maybe that's what gravitated them to me.

Thing is, since Noveau Tech is a scam, is there any hope for me to make the kind of monumental impact on the literary world that I'd like to? Or am I condemned to anonymity and obscurity?

what's the big issue,it's just a new idea for thought.no different than when you were presented with a new idea of computers than 15 yrs ago and for those who didn't embrace it they stand today lost because everything we do envolves that new concept that the masses just could not buy into
