I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

It is so obvious that this is a scam but not to be feared or hated. Just a scam. I am 49 years old and was told I am going into the second phase of my life in their letter to me. I did send the letter back for the free book, 56 page. One of the stories in there was the same story told in original letter telling me how they had picked me. I have until Friday to buy the big book or can never get it again :) because as they say I will be leaving this cycle of oppertunity in my life. I am a searcher. Always searching for better way's to understand the spirit, and my spirit as well as my part in the spirit body. I will not talk badly about any peoples ways in life but I personally can not find spiritual uplifting in churches but also fail to see how paying nearly 140 for a book is going to further my journey, as it goes against all that I hold in my heart, brain, and spirit as what I consider movement. Continuing on the path that has become natural for me will be my method of finding spiritual freedom, and knowledge. If any one can hear me, and knows what I am saying I would be happy to talk with you, and even more happy to listen to what you have found in spiritual life so far. As far as our government and other governments in this world. I dont need anyone to tell me we have a mess but it has taken me years to get a good feeling, and the knowledge that I am moving in the right direction. I dont fear this 1000 page book just wont pay for it. I find that dispicable. If they truly had good knowledge that I needed it would be free. Think about it. Thank you, Duffy

I don't believe I have rec'd one of these invitations, thank goodness! But, if they are doubting the existence of God in their publications, then I as a Christians would believe that this is the work of Satan. This is just my opinion and I am in no way wanting to get into a religious argument with anyone.

I agree about not arguing religion as we all have our way of finding our own path to God or spiritual freedom. If that is what a person wants. And to knock ones way is to become ignorant IMO. But these people never mention that anyway. They only talk about you or me paying for a book that will make us as free as God. The only thing I know about God is God is my personal friend as God is to so many. I know that one person who came here to Earth also said "ask and you shall recieve" the word pay was not part of this persons way when it came to knowledge of spiritual freedom. As far as good and evil go. Well anyone that does not know we are in a world split by good things and evil things is IMO not seeing reality. Thank you, Dan Duffy

I just finished reading my 56 page book . My first instinct was to look it up on the internet. I think it is shameful they would send that to me at the lowest time in my life. Sincerely Pamela Parks

I'm glad to there are some people who think in a world
that is getting more technical and harder to cope with
each day. I just received my fifth letter from Nouveau Tech. what a scam! This has been going on for years, join the free masons, a good church, and give a little of your self to others, you will blow Nouveau
tech. away belive in your self firmly and you can acomplish anything you set your mind to and not have to play in the shadow with secret this or that games.
You don't have to let them (NT) prey upon your very real fears, the thing with fear is it lets you know that your alive, go for it, hold your head up you will feel the power. Go SCUBA diving jump out of an airplane (use a chute) try rock climbing or any of a thousand sports or adventures. Shine a light on what NV doesn't tell you like how much money their little club costs in a few weeks after joining that is weird
Love life and love it. ol'timer

I got one of the letters today and it says it's from "John Finn" whoever that is and I considered seeing what it was but figured it was some sort of scam or marketing ploy.

Reading through these comments is disturbing though too many people bringing up religion, it's disgusting. If you're already brainwashed enough to act as if what you believe is the only truth or even any truth then you might as well sign up for this and believe every word they tell you, lemmings.

I also received this letter a few weeks ago. I knew it was a spam so i left it alone and just now got around to looking it up. When i put in the address under SEARCH, one of the options was the Highlights magazine company and had the same address. So maybe they got so poor they decided to spam people.

yes, I recieved the same "booklet" awhile back and never read it but found it today so I thought I'd see what people had to say, always research! Speaking of which, while you may find KEVIN TRUDEAU's book "good" beware, this guy "use to be" a con artist! I think he provides some factual information but at the same time I think he's ultimatley "all about the money"!!! I ordered his quit smoking report, was suppose to be for my mom's b-day but that was nearly a year ago and I have yet to recieve it or ever hear from a human concerning my order.. I've tried emails, calling ..everything and the same thing happened to my friend when she ordered something. The guy is STILL a con artist, so BEWARE of every ordering anything from him and be careful what you believe that he says!

I got a letter in the mail too. I received the free booklet, but became skeptical when they asked for 139.00 for the 1000 page book. I went on the internet and found this site.

Thanks

I glad I looked them up to see that it is a scam. I was 1 day away from sending my $140 to receive my other book. Thank God I didn't if you have received this put in the trash because its just another piece of junk mail. If you need a miracle read the Bible instead.

I too was sent this letter. But I am close to getting scammed. I`m stopping payment after reading all the negative stuff. Sometimes we want to believe there is something like that out there, that will maybe just make you think different. I knew the stuff about Vegas was B.S. and winning the lottery etc...I think I was blinded by alot of the B.S. I`m glad you guys knocked the sence back in me. I hope other people get to the web to investigate before they get scammed. later c.z.

Hi, I received my "secret" letter the last week of March. I replied because I was curious to see what they would send me next, and of course, like all scams 'free became anything but free'; they asked for $130. Hope they get screwed with the same amount the unfortunate actually paid.

I received the letter in March and decided to get the free booklet. When I began to read it I couldn't believe what I was reading! "Get rich and everyone will love you and want to be your friend" "Get special powers" "Never age" Can you say "Sell your soul to the devil"???? Nothing in life is for free. I work in law enforcementr and I plan on sending this in to the the Postal inspection service. These people need to be stopped!

First invitation was a year ago. I responded before the next Friday and rec'd a letter from Kirsten stating that I did not qualify for the free info I requested; that I would have to send $$$$$$$$.
A week ago I received a second "invitation" in a box with a book sent by Kevin Trudeau. In the envelope that was sent in the box is a page that states "from the desk of Kevin Trudeau" pushing me to accept the Nouveau Tech free manuscript. FREE! Plus a lot of endorsement that this info helped him become the man he is today.
After reading your statements, I have an inkling that the books and Nouveau Tech have probably become the income that helps him live the life he'd like to get accustomed to.

I have not read Natural Cures so I can't comment on it. Natural Cures are real and if you have something you need cured all you have to do is look on the web for free. Most people with diseases that cure or treat themselves naturally will help after they know your not FDA (Federal Disinformation Agency). It's usually free.

I just had to see what the book in my name has to say. Just got this letter and needed to see what makes me so special. I just can't believe that they sent me the same special letter back in Jan 07.
Was anyones copy so hard to read because mine was copied on a very bad copier.
I'll let everyone know what "my special book" has in store for me.

Scams are everywhere...don't even bother to reply or get mad at these people. They will continue to find new methods and other people to take advantage of. By these posts at least some will get a clue. :)

I agree with some of you...Kevin Trudeau sure does a good job in his books exposing the evil and corruption....but then I get this letter from Trudeau asking me to join Noveau Tech. I read the free little booklet and I would have to say it sounds a lot like the movie "The Secret" that is out right now and pushed by Oprah. I don't know what to think of all of this but it does sound almost witchcrafty so I am steering clear. Anyways rich (money) people typically are the most unhappy people on earth. I would rather be rich with love for one another.

Just the letter was creepy enough and had a wierd effect on me, the comments suggested that I burn the letter and I did. but now I cant find those comments.
for those of yall that have read the book, what does it say?????????

The philosophy of Nouveau Tech Society is that the history of Earth spanning the last 2500 years has been an anti-civilization that has created nothing but failure and loss because of two great evil forces, politics and religion. Nouveau Tech Society claims that everything wrong with this country is due to our theistic society which is responsible for trapping all of us in murder and chaos.

That is the crap you will read if you buy the book . . . . . . Cult Cult Cult!!!

I got the noveau tech 63 page orientation booklet. Early in the booklet it said that just from reading the 63 page booklet that something great would happen within 2-weeks regarding finances and/or romance. Well they reall press you to but within 5-days. But I waited out the 2-weeks and nothing 'Special' happened.
Even though I wrote them and told them I knew they were F/O/S they still sent 2 more letters each with deadlines of 5-days...you know..DO NOT HESITATE stuff. Your mentor is waiting....Blah, blah, more BS
