md courts sent my job and myself a writ for garnishment of pay. 743.00 what if any options do i have at this point. i admit it was my fault that it got this far but, it has. now what?? any help you could give wouild be greatly appreciated. thanks

no i did have contact with a lawyer about 7 months ago, and did
no i did have contact with a lawyer about 7 months ago, and did have a payment plan . i paid one payment then things kind of went belly up financially for me. i didnt contact them and yesterday i recieved the court papers. the debt is for a credit card i had a couple of years ago. one of the ones where you try to rebuild your credit, guess that didnt work!!
