Items on report that were included in judgment

I had a judgment imposed upon me in 2006 that consisted of a bunch of medical bills. My credit report still shows the judgment along with a good portion of those medical bills separately stated. Can I just send a copy of the court paper listing the bills that were included to the CA so they will remove the individual postings?

Also, if I have a judgment but then the person who served the judgment hires a collection agency to come after me as well, can the judgments stay on my credit report or did the collection agency "buy" the debt from the court? Can both of these be listed on my credit report simultaneously?
