Hi,
What happen, If i have fund in my bank account & i have not paid of to creditors. If they take me in court. Will they claim fund from my bank account without my agreement.

They would have to file a lawsuit and obtain a judgment against
They would have to file a lawsuit and obtain a judgment against you, first. Then after that, they could file an attachment to levy any funds in your bank account.
So yes, they can ultimately do it without your agreement; but you would generally have notice first before they go that route.
