Straight to the point. I have an execution of income from Rubin & Rothman collection attorneys.

I need specific instructions on how to vacate the original judgment.

I do not want to miss anything and make sure everything is covered. I am not doing this with an attorney so I really and kinda blind on this other than what i have read up on in the last few days since receiving the letter form my county clerks office stating i must contact the sheriff or marshal to start paying or they will execute the order on my employer.

2nd part - I do not want my employer to receive the execution so i am thinking about going to clerks office and making arrangments with the them to start paying what the garnishment would take. that way it will not be given to my employer.

Some may say dont pay cause it will mess it up, but i am not paying to say i owe that debt, i am paying to avoid it taken directly from pay.

I DO NEED HELP W THE VACATE procedures. I talked to a lawyer today he said i would have a case to vacate if i never properly received the summons which was my original thoughts. I honestly never received anything about this, which by the way it says the entry date was 10.03.2000 for the default judgment.
