2 collection letters

About a week ago I recieved a letter from Paragon Way for a cc debt. This week I recieved a letter from Javitch, block, &Rathbone. Who do I send a dv letter to???

first check your credit report.see who's reporting on it.if they
first check your credit report.see who's reporting on it.if they both are then first dispute the entries.then send DV letters to which ever is reporting.i personally would send the letters to both.make sure to send them certified mail return receipt.cover your bases in that respect.
