Does anyone recognize this number?

I got this call yesterday around 4:30 pm, stating it was "Rachel", but it was a computerized voice, and they left no company name.
All the recording said was that it was in regards to my credit card, but "that nothing is wrong with your card. Act now to lower your interest rate!"
I hung up because I they didn't tell me which company they were with.
Any help would be appreciated. I did a search on the internet and in here, but brought up nothing.
I forgot to mention that you CAN'T call the number back!
