I received a call from a company called VCS. I called them back and they informed me that they are starting the litigation process and that I am being sued for fraud. I asked him to tell me who was suing me and he would not tell me. I asked him to mail me a copy of my debt and he said he doesnt have to do that. He was very rude and said he didnt have to talk to me that he will just let the judge handle it. Not sure how to proceed. I just hung up on him. I dont even have any information for this company to send any letters to. I have four outstanding loans and have sent letters to all of them. Integrity, Sandpoint Capital, Kenwood Services and Ace Cash Services. I have heard from Integrity and Sandpoint Capital so I'm sure its for one of the other two but he wouldnt tell me? I'm in the state of PA and know these loans are illegal? Not sure where to go from here? Any advice? He said I knowingly took out a loan and closed my account on purpose. I closed my account because when I applied for a payday loan online a third party got my account information and was debiting my account. Please help. Thanks.
