Remove from credit report???

I was sued by a debt collector and I eventually won and got the case dismissed with prejudice. My question is, the debt collector is on my credit report, the original creditor is not. When I dispute the debt collector on my credit report, does it have to be removed seeing as I won? If yes, what happens if it does not get removed?
What should I do?

Since a judge has obviousy agreed that you do not owe it, then yes they should remove it from your credit report since it is uncollectible from their end.
First I would send a written dispute to the bureaus (not online). Tell them the debt collector filed suit and the case was dismissed - the court found you do not owe the debt. Send them a copy of the court order.
If that doesn't work, next send a harshly worded letter to the CA threatening to file suit if they do not remove the account from your credit report.
If all else fails, ultimately you would have to sue them for reporting inaccurate information (FCRA violation).
