Just got a message from a man claiming to be with the law offices of Nathan, Paul, and Alexander. Said I should contact him about a very urgent situation that I need be made aware of. I googled the number he left and sure enough it is a collection agency..National Processing of America. Way to make yourself sound legal. He left me a message at work and I do not want them calling me here- so my question is what do I do next? I was thinking email or send out a DV letter and a C&D. Sound about right and should I be concerned at all?
