I applied for a payday loan online and got approved. I checked my account to find out that National Payday loan had taken out $300 out of my account. I live in Illnois now. I stayed in Mississippi in 2005, anyway, when I called the number to National Payday, I asked them why did they take money out of my account, he then told me that I had an outstanding loan with them that I owedfrom 2005. I don't recall every having a loan with them. When I told him that he gave me the routing number and account number for the account where he claims the money was deposited, it wasn't my old account. . Anyway, they had no right to take money out of this NEW account, what do I do?
