I put the amount borrowed and then the amount paid in interest every month we pay them, We have been paying on them since April. My husband is disabled and this is causing hardship since i also became disabled, my husband also has direct deposit of his ss check. We need help badly, we cant make ends meet and need to get help. Please help us. Thank you

In KY storefronts (check cashiers) are legal providing they are licensed. Legally you are allowed to have 2 outstanding loans with a total balance of $500 (both loans combined). From the information posted it looks like your balance exceeds this amount. I'm not sure if this gives you room to negotiate with the lenders. Have you tried to speak with them to see if you can work out a payment arrangement that works for both of you?

I know that two of your lenders- Checkngo & Cash Express are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), this means you are eligible for the EPP (Extended Payment Plan), but only if your request it.This is how it works, go into the store and ask for the EPP, this will allow you to pay off your loan in four seperate payments on each pay day, the interest will stop. Your other lender may also be a member of the CFSA, so it would be a good idea to ask them also.
