Hi again. I've read posts from other members who have stated that Checkngo is very difficult to deal with. Since you are already defaulted on these loans here is my suggestion. Keep in mind that they WILL sue you, eventually. Also, they will call you a lot and they may even come to your door attempting to collect.
Send them money orders via certified mail, return receipt requested. It doesn't matter what the amount is but send SOMEthing. Continue to do this every time you are able. By the time this might go to court you will probably have it pretty much paid off, and even if you don't it will be in your best interest if you should have to go in front of a judge. If you are making those payments via money order they probably won't waste their time and money suing you. That's what I would do. Even if it's 5 bucks a week it would be in your best interest to begin sending them payments you can afford right now.
