payday loan help in texas...

I live in san antonio, texas, I defaulted on several payday loans, they are all strore front. I have ACE cash express owe them $1290. I owe Cash and Go $560.00, I owe advance cash america $1080.00 and EZ money $1200.00 I have defaulted in all of these not intentionally but because I went on maternity leave... ACE cash express has been calling me and my references telling my references that I have commited fraud and i am bein sued for fraud and that my references are going to be included in the case as well. I just came back to work and i am getting back on my feet and I want to start paying them but I dont think at this point I can pay partial payments... can they sue me on fraud and will I go to jail. Im super scared because I dont want to go to jail.. and if they sue me wouldnt I have gotten suit papers first? please help

They violated your privacy rights, file a complaint with your AG and the FTC, fill out a detailed complaint. I've read where other members complained about this company doing something similar, the more complaints about this company the better the chances of something being done. Owing a debt is not a criminal matter, it's a civil matter, therefore they are telling you the wrong information.
