I sent a letter to salaryfast using the template provided and of course personalizing it. I just received a "letter" back from them being that they refuse to supply an address or email, I have been communicating with them through customer service "tickets" ~ This is what they responded with and I need to know what you guys think.


As explained in the loan agreement, and as you agreed to when accepting the loan, the loan is provided from and subject to the Laws of the State of Delaware, not your local laws. We are a licensed and approved lender in the State of Delaware. This, along with full FEDERAL Truth in Lending information, was contained in said loan agreement to which you gave an e-signature confirming your acceptance and understanding of. We are aware of the website, albeit an unregulated one, that you have obtained this 'notice' from and as well intentioned as they are, please obtain proper legal advice and do not rely on opinion. Given that you have revoked payment authorization, we are suspending payments on your loan as we do not currently offer any alternative payment methods - only ACH, but please note, the loan will NOT be marked as paid in full until the balance has been cleared.
