As far as closing your account at the bank (I assume that's what you mean?), you need to go into the bank and cancel it.

Unfortunately you'll have to close your present account or put it on "deposit only" status, or the payday loans will continue to withdraw money. If you have other bills which are taken from your account I'm sure you can work it out with them to change over to having their payments taken from a new account. Or maybe you could arrange with them to pay one payment online or over the phone until you get a new account set up? If you DO close your account, please read the sticky here about doing so.
