500fastcash

My apologies, I'm sure this has been asked over and over again, but I am getting a headache after reading through all of this legal stuff!
A few days ago I took out an "advance" from the company 500fastcash. I read all the fine print, and realize the loan must be paid in full or they roll it over and over and over again.
Has anyone heard of them attempting to "screw you over" when you want to pay in full?
My loan isn't due until Oct 18th, but I'd like to pay it off in full next paycheck (Oct 3rd).
The total amount of the loan would be $390 - deited on that day....
I'm just afraid that for some reason now, they are going to try to screw me over when I submit my fax and email...
Do you know if I can submit the info to them tomorrow 9/25, to debit 10/3?
Does this make sense? lol
I'm in FL by the way (and realize this practice is illegal), right?
Thanks for your input!
Heather

appreciate it but...
has anyone actually ever been able to pay the loan off in full?
I just opened my checking account up with BOA - and don't wish to close it
I was reading about sending a c&d letter, but does that apply to me since they haven't attempted to take anything out yet?
This forum is absolutely wonderful - appreciate all the advice!!

to answer your first question.no,they only want to debit you out of existence.any attempts made to have the total debited will be met will ignorance, and stonewalling.
as far as BSofA goes they probably will be a pain to deal with when it comes time to close that account.some banks will open a new account while not linking the old one,but they seem to love charging people fees.there are stories all over these forums about BSofA being hard to deal with in this regard.i would try to do as shazzers advised if you could.you will save yourself alot of grief down the road.
