I live in Maryland and have a loan with MYCASHNOW. The loan was for $640, and have paid them $931 and still have a balance of $320. I cant pay them anymore. In talking with the state, they tell me this company is illegal in Maryland.
I want to send them a C and D letter, but I cant find an address as to where to mail it. If anyone could be of assistance I would really appreciate it.
Also, in reading many of the threads on here, is it possible that I could get back some of this money as they are illegal in my state and I have paid well over what I borrowed?
Any help would be great.

You really need to get your account closed asap, now that this lender has your account information it will never be safe again. Open a new one at a new bank asap. Thanks again for your help. The BBB had an address for Mycashnow which they show was a bad address. In searching all over the Mycashnow website, I could not come up with an address anywhere. If anyone on this site knows where I should send my C&D letter I would appreciate it.

If I were you I would send it via email, I don't even know if they have a valid address anymore, and if they ever did I'm sure they've changed it, again.
