I've read posts from a lot of members who have received refunds. It takes a lot of persistence though, don't back down, demand those refunds!

I'm not as concerned with the refund, if I got one i'd be happy but not holding out for one, i just want these to be finished and paid off. I've paid so much on previous loans that i've had with these companies that i don't want to give them another dollar. I should've learned my mistakes. I had loans with them, way overpaid then took out another, but if i can get them to apply the money that was overpaid on the old loans that I had with them I'll be more than satisfied.
