You have the right to revoke any and all ACH authorizations through your bank, however, it is not 100% full-proof. PDL companies will change their names and write out a "paper" check and post it to your account if they know you have revoked them debiting your accountm, usually for the full loan amount which can really screw you. It's best to close your bank account entirely and open up a new one so that you have a source of funds.

If you happen to have done business with an illegal/unlicensed payday loan lender, you only owe back the principle balance, less what you have paid in finance charges (meaning if you borrowed $300 originally, and have paid a total of $200 in finance charges, you would only owe the company $100.

What PDL's do you have out? List the name, the original loan amount, and any finance charges you may have paid towards the loans.

We need the following information before we can advise you;
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
