I got a response from BBB and company is willing to give me a paid in full however no refund and I overpaid $160..do I insist on refund also or take the PIF and run..Thanks!

That's up to you. If it were me, I would demand a refund, what the heck, it isn't as if they can sue you and they have already pretty much admitted they were wrong by offering a PIF.
