I currently have my own web of pdl mess. I live in Louisiana, I'm down to 5 pdl's that are being debited from me every two weeks. I pay more fees than anything. I will be closing my bank account as soon as my house note is drafted and cleared. What do I do after that? I want to pay these back but I just dont feel I can with all the fees Im paying, I literrally have no paycheck left anymore! I also want to know how and where do I look to find out if any ofthese are legal/illegal?

Lousiana requires Internet lenders to be licensed in your state, the only one you have who are licensed is CashNetUSA, they are probably an installment lender. Ask them for the EPP (extended payment plan), take care of the legal lender first and foremost as they will sue you. You need to get your account closed asap so that you can gain control of your finances again.
