They are an illegal online payday loan company. If you put their name in the search box up top several threads will pop up regarding them. Several people have complaints against them for unauthorized deposits into their checking accounts.

What state are you in, did you ever take out a payday loan over the Internet? If you can answer these questions perhaps we can help you plan a course of action. :)

By the way, there is no address listed for this company at the BBB, only the city, state and a phone number, 888-322-4069, Miami, OK 74355.

I don't remember ever getting a pdl from them. They keep calling me at work. Does anyone have a mailing address or a fax # for them? I am going to send them a cease letter. Are they legal?

also, i agree - if you applied for loans recently, or even in the past they will find that information. they attempted to deposit money into my old account that was closed for about a year.. the bank notified me and reversed it to them as the account is closed. they still tried to collect but have not been around in awhile. my guess is that since i took payday loans out while having that account, that is how they got my information.

This needs to be moved to the payday loan help section, for future reference.
