As many of you, I have also been victimized by ACE cash service. $300.00 was deposited into my account without my consent. Had no knowledge of it until $90.00 withdrawls started to appear on my checking account. Customer service reps are of no help. Stated I came to them for help... they don't even have a website, so how would I even know how to contact them? Never signed papers. Don't know who this company is. Reported this to the BBB... no help there as well. Case is closed because ACE did not come to an agreement with me. Closed my checking account. Now I'm getting emails from ACE collection services. I have not recieved any calls from ACE.... am afraid they somehow know where I work and call there instead. Also, afraid it will affect my credit score. I don't know who I'm dealing with, they say I owe them $390.00. Help.... someone.
