I got a call today that they are going to have a warrant out for my arrest because they are accusing me for bank fraud because TD Bank closed my account. I wanted to know if this is true do i need fight this. I am goin to the bank tomorrow to get paper works...

No, you can't go to jail for owing a debt. This is most likely an attempt to scare you into sending them money you don't owe, this company is notorious for making bogus threats. By the way, I am moving this to the payday loan help section.
