Personal Gurantee does FDCPA apply?

I owe a few thousand dollars to creditors in which I personally guaranteed. Am I still protected by FDCPA laws? This debt collector calls my work, claimed to be an attorney, and has discussed the debt with other people then myself.

Protected meaning, the creditor must follow the rules in regards
Protected meaning, the creditor must follow the rules in regards to the FDCPA. This person has called my work, spoke to my parents, claimed to be an attorney, and failed to send any sort of written notice.

Absolutely, EVERY CA must abide by the FDCPA. EVERYone is protected.
