I got put into Chex thanks to check reordering by BOA when I was not working. I could not catch up in time and they closed my account. They have since lost a class action lawsuit because of that but that is another story. I posted this question last year but never received a definitive answer. I want to open up a business account with an Employer ID Number (EIN). My question is: Will the bank accept the EIN only to open my account or will they deny the account because of my SS number and Chex?.

I am getting these weird phone calls from a number with an 850 area code but the msg says to call 866-402-4043..when i call that number it says McCall & Associates and when i give them the # that they are calling in on at my job, they say they do not have that # and hang up. if they are related to Cashnet a payday loan....i paid them 325.00 they are more than paid off in my book!! any advise as to get these jerks to stop calling my work?

Hello everyone. Have a few questions, hopefully someone will be able to answer. So here's the story: I recently received a garnishment notice when I was supposed to be getting my tax return. It turns out that I was sued and there was a default judgement against me. Although, I never received a summons. The firm supposedly served me by mail. The summons was sent to my last address, however, I did change my address with the post office (I'm getting verification of it).

Several months ago, in a terrible bind.... I made the dumb decision to sign on for one of Western Sky's famous loans. They in turn immediately sold the loan to Cash Call. I borrowed $5,000, and I am supposed to make 84 monthly payments of $486.58. Yes, that would total over $40,000 in payments. I can not sustain this, somethings gotta give. Can anyone help me here, is this even legal for them to charge these interest rates?

Sometime ago I took a look at my credit report and found a judgement on my report from a company called "Harvest Credit Management VII LLC ASIIT". I've never heard of this company. I went to my local courthouse and found in the file associated with the judgement's case # that they claim a summons was served on my roommate on 2/19/10 in my name and that information was also sent via mail. Both of which never actually happened. My question is how do I go about vacating this judgment in the city of Syracuse, New York.

I am a teacher in FL. My husband and I had a plan to get these all paid off, then last month he lost his job of 8 years and now our income is down to 1/2 of what it was. I can't keep paying $800 a month in fees when I'm the only breadwinner. I'm panicking already. I dealt with this last year with only 2 PDLs and my credit union helped me hard block their debits, send letters, etc, offered me a Fresh Start Loan to get my account back to zero and it all ended without having any issues, including closing my account. Now I feel stuck and panicked.

I sent an email to Bayside Cash advising them based on state of NJ payday loans are prohibited. And will only pay back the principal amount. I borrowed $400 and paid two "renewal payments" of $120 each which leaves me with a balance of $160. And am willing to pay back in 3 payments. I received an email correspondence back: "I am showing your balance at this time is $ 700.00 What type of arrangements are looking to make I am able to offer you the following $ 140.00 for 5 payment.

Can anyone tell me if plain green loans is a legal lender in Ohio?

I am unfortunately dealing with Cash Call. I only recieved $1000 and have paid back $1050. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the Ohio AG. Cash Calls response to the AG was they would reduce my interest rate to 30%. I was to speak to Elissa Chavez. I have left her 2 voice mails with no response. Now I get an email that they want either a lump sum of $1000 or 18 payments of $100. This is not what they told the Ohio AG. Any suggestions?
