Hello, I received a call from a collection agency named "Federal Check Processing" claming that they are collecting on a CashnetUSA payday debt and they are claiming check fraud since I didnt pay it off. This was due to my bank account getting closed. He is saying they will take me to court. He says they have a criminal complaint for passing bad check over state lines. The caller ID is 210-319-4923 and says to call him at 888-792-3330. We believe he has been calling since the beginning of December and each time stating that they need reply or else will go to court.

Hello I am a new member to this site and appreciate the information that I have read so far. I have a dilemma with some payday loans and installment loans that I have taken out over the past few months, and hope that I can obtain some advice as to how to go about handling my situation. I took out an installment loan with Check 'N Go (in California) a few months ago at one of their local stores. This loan will be paid off on Feb. 17, 2012.

I ordered some clothes from Spiegel in April 2011, Total amount was $177.94. I returned all but one item in May 2011, (-$107.00). I was then overseas June & July of 2011 and couldn't make a payment. I made a payment in August of 100.00. (More than what I owed after the returns.) I called WFNNB regarding my returns and they stated that if items were returned prior to June of 2011, they were not considering them. So I told them that they need to send the items back because I was not paying for merchandise I didn't possess.

I received a phone call this morning from one of my PDLs, it woke me up. Integrity Advance called and the man was rude. I lost connection with him, so I decided to call back (mistake #1) and I was told I had a manager, but really I had the same man. Anyway, I told him that I was not able to pay the amount he wanted because I had other loans (mistake #2).

Can I be garnished if a person has a judgement against me in California for a eviction and I live and work in Texas? The eviction was in 2005. They are doing it now. How do I get them to stop. Small claims?

Like everyone else on here i also got stuck in the payday trap. I live in arizona and currently have 5 outstanding payday loans. From what i understand all payday loans are illegal in arizona? So after I read all the information i could on how to try and fix this mess i got myself into, i went to my bank and tried to close my account. They advised that they can close the account but any ACH that come through after the account is closed will re-open the account. I don't want to be stuck with the payday loans and also NSF fees from my bank, so i left it alone.

HI, I talked to my bank and they said I can file a dispute for the funds the lenders have taken out of my account and get the money back for me.. Is this something I should do if I can get it back? All the loans except for 1 have been just interest fee's and not principal.. Can I get in trouble for having my bank get the money back for me? Or should I just let it go and contact them and pay off just the principal and make arrangements with them?

I currently have three pay day loans that are almost impossible for me to get paid off. What are the rules and laws in Florida. I would like very much to pay my debt but they are making it impossible. I should have never done it. thanks, Leslie In Florida
