I am located in the state of Ohio I had taken out a great plains lending loan back in November of 2016 in the amount of 1400. paid on time every month till about October or November of 2017 where the interest was getting to be way to much and i couldn't afford my bills so i stopped paying on it. Eventually they had sold off my account to a company called Global Trust Management LLC for $1790.Under remarks they put charged off as bad debt purchased by another lender. however they never marked me 30 or 60 days late.

Have multiple defaulted loans through payday lenders. All but one have been charged off. Have other debts as well on credit report that are behind. Signed up for debt settlement program and it has obviously SLAMMED our credit scores! Only 3 accounts have been paid off in almost 3 years. We have paid in over $8K for them to pay off $5700 roughly. We pay $619 per month for the debt settlement payment.

What are the luxury charges on a credit card?

How can I prepare for the tax season? Any input-

how long do a creditor have to respond to a letter in the intent to settle a debt

Can anyone tell me if Majestic Lake Financial is legal in OH? If not how do I handle this? Thank you for your help!

I live in Texas and currently have 5 pay day loans and 1 loan in collections. Cash Central- 1288.00 CashnetUSA - 2152.00 Big Picture Loans - 780.00 Cash Factory - 280.00 SpeedyCash - 1905.00 Collections: Rise Credit - 2104.00 I have been just paying the refinance fees What are the first steps I need to take to resolve this? From reading it seems as though I should revoke ACH authorization and contact the lenders themselves and ask to settle the debt. I have paid thousands of dollars to these people and would like to stop the cycle.

Can I talk to the lender about modifying the T&C of a private student loan just the same as I can approach in case of a private student loan? Are there chances of changing the T&C?

Till what amount of debt is manageable with settlement? Is there any limit?

Can I file bankruptcy to get rid of unpaid student loans?
