I too have been contacted by edward hanna and associates regarding a cc debt to Chase. It was 25k and I paid it as long as I could down to 21k. The wife is a state employee who is looking at furlows pay cuts etc, and I was laid off in central Florida making a great and substancial salary.Its been 2 years, always making payments to cover my debts, now I have been rehired in northern Alabama making $8.00 an hour. Thank G_D i found the website and the hidious things about nthis debt collector. the collector from Hanna's office made an offer to compromise down to $14,500.

just received a call from FMG saying that I have a unpaid payday loan from 2009 from a group called MTE. I have never had a loan from that company but when i gave the companies i have used the lady said 500 FAST CASH was one them but I paid off the loan in early 2010. I am bad with record keeping but I got another loan with them 3 months later. I have no records showing that I apid off the intial loan in 2009.

Ok I need help with this scenario! I posted something on Directv and them sending the account to a collection agency finding out that the dispute department has been trying to give them back this money since last year athey gave me a tracking number I called them and they told me they don't looking for money and my bankhas to send a check but they already sent it back. I know that they can garnishee but can they do it if you are below the poverty line, and if so can it be the max of 15%. Hello, I have been receiving calls from Interchex on my cell phone, work phone number (numerous times a day) and now to my family members. They are saying they are calling from Seminole County Courthouse (the county that I live in) and that they are investigating me for bank fraud. They even tell the people they reach this. My sister called me freaking out that they said they were trying to find me to arrest me for bank fraud. A few weeks back I did take the call and tried to find out what they wanted.

I have hung up on them numerous times and he is trying to help me save money. I called the number back and the same guy Terrence Royster trying to say his name is Joe now played like he didn't call me which is a bunch of bull! My boyfriend took out a loan with Lakota Cash in South Dakota. We had a bad issue where i lost my job and was not able to pay them when required. we offered 2 do minimal payments and they declined. We asked could they send up a payment note. Of course, they refused! Now that i have graduated from school and on my feet to help my boyfriend, they have been leaving harassing calls on his phone and at his job threatening to issue a warrant for his arrest. His job is threatening to fire him if he doesn't control the calls.
