when someone consolidate his debt that can help him get a job if the employer"s check credit to determine eligibility of employment

my dad owes a debt and arrow financial has come after him how would he take care of this and he only has 10.00 left out of his check a month please help

:confused: My brother listed my husband as reference when obtaining credit. Yesterday the creditor called my house and when my husband wasn't home they proceeded to tell me that they were trying to contact my brother who is a named defendant in a pending litigation. I asked if it was civil or criminal, they said civil. I asked what court and they said it was an Ohio court. I asked which Ohio court and they said Lake County. I then asked who the Plaintiff was and when they said they couldn't tell me I told them if an action was filed it was public record.

We have a massive credit card debt ($60,000 plus) generated to run our business. Our original interest rate was 6.5% to 9.5% We have good credit and have kept up our payments. Without provocation our rate was raised to 30%. We have tried to get the interest lowered by contacting the CC companioes without success. What can we do? Christopher

I have been trying to make pymt arrangements with this company for the last year and a half. They would not take any of my offers. Now they have got a court order and judgement against me to levy my pay checks. They are taking over a third of my pay each pay day. How do you stop them? This is not right !!!!! Any help????

I am getting behind on my bills and cain't seem to get caught up, I live on a fix income and have a lot of doctor bills I cain't seem to get paid, and have had to help support some family members and I have frankly gotton in debt over my head. and am getting behind on my bills. I am wondering if a bill consolidation would be the best way to go. I would reather do that then default on my bills.

I took out a loan from western sky(yes they are probably illegal in nj).Needed the money to be able to still have my job.Got the email stating that my loan had been transferred to ws funding and that the loan would be serviced by cash call.But,I also received an email that they(cash call)was attempting to reach me to discuss the terms of the loan I received from them(cash call).please tell me I am not interpretting this wrong,That I have them by the _ _ _ _ _.

I have two payday loans in Michigan and am having trouble paying them every two weeks. The interest is killing me and I would love to pay them off but can't afford my other buills if I do this. If my checks bounce can I make small payments every week to clear this up?
