i have a total of 5 loans 3 online 2 storefront the 3 online are mycash center (390), Check n go (629.00) and checkinto cash (177.00). The store front ones are Checksmart and Advance America. for 800 and 545. I cant pay them back I live in OHio what should I do?

I have several PDLoans that I now find myself unable to pay. My checking account has been put on hold due to the several debits creating NSF charges. I'm now being contacted by them to pay up. I live in Tenn. Is there anything I can do? I have internet loans with the following comanies: LoanPointUSA, Loanshop/DMS, OneClickCash, ThinkCash/Plain Green, Magnum Cash, United Consumer EZPAYDAYCASH, ExtraFunds.

i have 2 payday loans in pa they are from: pdlnow and namakin capital i think i was wondering if these were legal or not and what i can do to get them off my back. thanks, corey

Okay, I closed my bank account and sent out my letter to all of my payday lenders. Most of them I have already overpaid, but there are still a couple that I owe some money to.

Against my better judgement i took out a payday loan, i was having car issues and desperately needed cash. Eastside lenders funded me $825, so my loan balance that is due on 7/15/11 is $1072.50, since they charged me $247.50 for the loan. I would like to pay the loan off in 3 installments of $357.50. My question is if i do will they come back at me saying that i only paid $330 of my loan since they will deduct the $247.50 x 3 and take the balance of that and try and apply that to the balance?

I have read many of the posts and I am grateful to come across this website but also overwhelmed. I am a single parent of four with no support, and find myself in the payday loan cycle, but it is so bad that I can barely feed my kids. All of this information on this site is a blur and I'm starting to feel overwhelmed. I know it is extemely beneficial but I'm getting a little confused. I did take some of the advice already that I discovered through my research. I closed my account, and open another one at a different bank. Will the PDL companies find out about this account?

Someone called me from a collection agency stating that I owed CMG $510 and needed to pay immediately or they would garnish my wages. I left a similar message to the CMG message board. I do not know if this is a scam - since this happed one month ago for $1,900. I do not know if I owe CMG Group anthing. I do not have a clear memory. Thanks, Bill Sparks

what happens to you if they try to pursue it civilly?

This company has harassed me from October 2010 til Now. and I have told them numerous time the person they are attempting to contact does not live at my residence. They must be a bunck of desperate idiots. They call 3 to 5 times a day, they call after 9PM CST, Sundays and on Holidays 7/4/11 they called my house at least 3 times. I have been a Collector for Banks and Collection Agency's and I have never called anyone more than two times a week.
