I have been doing the cashland thing fo about 2 years now,I got up to 760.00 every two weeks ,I go in to pay and reborrow like always,they said with no warning at all that the policy changed back to only being approved for 500.00,well I could not take a 270.00 cut,my rent was due,so i was forced to choose makeing 201.00 payments every two week ,that will still put me way in the hole,cant afford it.not my fault!what can i do?

I have my first situation at hand where a crazy collection agency, or I'M SORRY, "mediation firm" is telling me I owe a debt. The place that's calling goes by Wade, Pace, Gavino & Associates. Has anyone heard of them? I can't find much info about them online, and what I do see leads me to believe they are scam artists. They are nasty and evasive when asked simple questions on the phone, and I just want to be rid of them. They refuse to send me anything to validate the debt when asked on the phone, so I'm getting ready to send them a debt validation letter.

I have recently recieved from my employer that a credit company is going to be garnishing me...I'm considered part-time but get at least 30 hours if not more...but i also make what they consider commission/bonuses...will they take money from only my hourly pay or will they get it from my commission and bonuses? this is my first time dealing with this. thanks

Can you go to jail if you default on this loan, the reason I ask is they have your check which will obviously bounce?

Hello, I have debt totaling $3,720. These debts are from a credit card, an apartment eviction, unpaid electric bills. I am 23 and made many of these decisions a few years back. Would it be best for my credit for me to pay off all of these in full? Should I consolidate this debt and pay on it monthly? I just received, for the first time, 3 letters from 3 different local attorneys advising me they can help settle a lawsuit that had been brought against me. I have never received any certified letter of any sort and have lived at my current home for over a year now. I logged onto my local courthouse website, for search on public cases and low and behold there was the case just opened on June 21 2011.

I have been contacted by Wright & Lerch to collect on an old account from Citibank now in the hands of Resurgent Capital Services. I sent them a generic debt validation letter, certified, signature required, return receipt to which I have yet to hear back on. Then today received a letter in which they are threatening to sue if I don't cough up 60% of a $6K + outstanding amount that they claim I owe. The statute of limitations in Indiana is 6 years. This account is not even on my credit report so I don't even know the date of last activity.

Hello I have been contemplation.g help for a while now. I have 5 loans 1. Platinum cash for 250 paid 300. 2 great sky cash for 300 pd 300 3. Alliance one but they debit my account from cornerstone 250 pd 300. 4. 500 fast cash for 300 paid 0. 5. This one gets taken out of my account by someone but there is no name or phone number and they never sent me anything. I live in Washington and have looked up the laws. I also have searched for their licences which none of them are licences in Washington. Please help. Thanks.
