Hello. I am took out a loan of $200 from what i thought was a good pay day loan company. Well now they have taken out there $95.00 and then i closed my account after doing some research on this company and how they just take money out of peoples bank accounts. Well now i am being contact by the National Credit Adjusters,saying i owe $450 dollars. I live in Michigan and as far as i can tell i would just have to pay them the original principal balance or $200? I am not sure as to what to do here. Please if someone could point me in the right direction as to what to do or say to these people.

My mom co-signed a loan a while back for me. Just this last December we filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy. The attorney said that nothing would happen to my mother, but unfortunately it seems that it was put on her credit report that she is the co-debtor to someone that filed bankruptcy. Is there anyway to have that removed? My lawyer isnt' answering me. It has destroyed her credit. Thank you

Hi. I hope someone can help me here. I took out a loan with cashcall a few months back and made a couple payments, but unfortunately, I had other loans as well and the other loans, were even higher interest than cashcall. I have paid one of them off and have one left that is about 1800. They charge me $1 per day per hundred. I called into cashcall a month or so ago and asked them if I could have a few months to get these other super high interest loans taken care of so that I could put all effort into paying them back.

Yes this company is a scam, my special friend works at the Rock Hill location (of off Dave Lyle Blvd) and she tells me about how much she hates the job. The way they have to lie to the customer to get them to pay the loan.She was telling me yesterday just how one of the managers Martin Cantu locked the doors yesterday morning (Tuesday) so no one could get in or out, this is against fire codes and the law. She also says that the owner Angel Lopez has a sex scandel going on with an ex-employee and that the district manager Martin Cantu is going with an employee also.
