first the question how do you delete spam from somebody's homepage?why?because when i visit alot of pages the spammers it seems go there now.another question has anybody else been visited by jessi,jcemt,or unclewulf?because i was.that is how i found a spam message deleted.by jessi.just wondering on both things.now the comment.i miss all three of them also shazzers,and goldenbast.that's all i have for now.

Hi there, I recently received a summons from an attorney who has been hired by Incepta LLC (this LLC apparently purchased my debt from yet another financial institution). Anyway, I have looked all over the internet and have not been able to find information on "incepta LLC." I was attempting to get their contact information to discuss a possible settlement, but as I mentioned I haven't found anything on them. Is my only option to attempt to settle through their attorneys? also, why haven't I been to find anything on this LLC? Thanks in advance -Sarah

I am also getting threatening calls from someone in Georgia claiming to be handling collections for Ace Cash Express. they told me they were also talking with another person on the account. That person happens to have died two years ago. I live in Ohio. Is there any way they can have me arrested even though the are not willing to make reasonable arrangements with me. I have been out of work for a year, and have just managed to get hired. I am willing to get this resolved, but cannot pay the entire amount at once.:?::?:

My ex-husband had a Wells Fargo line of credit, applied for over the phone. ?He was hard of hearing so with his permissioin I gve all the information. His Tax Id and info. He recently filed Chap 7 bkrtcy. The account was chgd-off 8/2009. I recently received letter from local attorney demanding payment.l understand California was governing law. I live and made application in texas. What is SOL on this debt. Appears ex quit making payments in 2/2009. I have never had demand letter or any correspondence. They claim I am guarantor.

We just applied for a home equity loan and was told that LVNV was listed on our Credit report. I pulled every credit report possible on my husband and myself and I do not see LVNV listed anywhere on it. Would it be listed under another name?

Has anyone had any luck in getting these people to leave you alone? They call every day - I do not answer their calls. Has anyone had any luck when contacting their state AG in getting relief from either of these two? I live in NC and PDL are illegal in this state.
