I have a problem with Dyck O'Neal. I got behind in my payments and was sent a letter indicating the amount that I was in arrears. However when I paid them the owed amount, they only placed a small portion of it onto the amount owed and put the rest into paying off the principal.. They then immediately sent me a letter indicating that I was still in arrears with them. When I questioned their action( not putting all of the money sent on the amount owed) they claimed that the fact that I did not say specify which months the payments were for allowed them to do what they did.
