how can i get a card

I went through moneymutual.com, to borrow money. the company instaloans contact me back.It was $400...I contact them months later because they were still taking money out of my account..These people had tooked over $1100. out of my back. then said I still owed $524. Sftrer I threatened to get a lawyer. I then recieved an email telling me my account my close. I want my money back. Is there anything I could do about this :mad:

I am trying desperately to get out from these loans. Should I use Destination Debt Solutions? I have 11 loans and only need to get by till I receive an inheritance in Sept. My loans are with Mycashnow,speedy,oneclick,Mesa,TTG,Cash central,Shamrock,cashnet,United,Loanpoint and Ace. I cant find which are legal in Texas. I got a call from DCS threatening wage garnishment. This is not a PHEAA loan. Can they garnish in PA?

I had a collection agency call me saying that I was going to be sued for attempted fraud for non payment of a payday loan. I asked for them to send me something in writing to validate the loan and they said the only validation they would give is a court summons. Is that legal? Will they really take me to court?

Stop sending letters to a Maritza Varenas to our residence. There is nobody by that name in our household. It is annoying. We are constantly returning letters from this creditor explaining this. STOP THE NONSENSE.

I'm new to the boards and I'm looking to repair my credit and I feel that I have come to the right place. I've got several bills that I need to work on to get off my credit and would appreciate any advice you all could give me. Some are hospital bills, and other various things that say charged off or something like that. I need to get a new copy of my credit report. One of my questions is in regards to hospital bills, if I send them a payment for say 25.00 a month and they don't think that it is enough can they charge my checking account for more than the check I sent them?

I received a letter from mcm regarding a past debt. The basics of the letter consisted of that i owe them $3000 but i can settle the debt for one low payment of $1750. The problem with this is that the debt had been settled with CIT Bank close to 8 years ago. It seems a bit strange to me that all this time has gone by and now there trying to collect on money that has been payed in full almost a decade ago. What is the best way to handle this situation. Is it as simple as faxing over copies of documents showing that it has been payed?

Who do I report an abusive collection agency? I am receiving rude, agressive call daily for a person who does not live here. They refuse to believe me or to stop calling.
