Hello there, i just wanna know what can i do if i cant be able to pay my loan, i barrowed $500 to them when the time i was struggling with money, even now im still struggling because my sister lost her job and im the one who's paying the bills including apartment and utilities, im really scared to talk to them and tell them my situation, i know payday loan are really a monster, i barrowed the money from Rapid Cash here in Las Vegas NV. so hopefully you can help me on what can i do.... thank you

We filed and were granted a BK in Feb 2009. We thought we had reaffirmed our mortgage, but just found out today that a reaffirmation must be made contractually with the lender. Our lawyer never bothered to tell us this little tidbit of information. Now I am wondering what happens if we try and sell the house? Will we be able to get our equity out of it? What about any profit?

a care credit card was set up by Rosemary vet for $500 of which was charged to this account. GE took out $25 in may but i have no record of this except bank checking statement at Compass Bank that was electronically deducted. has there been a change in this arrangement as nothing has been done for june. Nancy Rice has been in a nursing home for a month and I have be POA for her. i did notify Rosemary vet that the dog is no longer with her and don't know if an adjustment has been made. can you please advise me of this account.

I read somewhere that all PDLs in NC are illegal. However, the accounts I have with the PDLs were set up when I lived in another state and my current bank account was opened in that state. I've lived in NC for over a year now and have received new loans while living here. Does this categorize the PDLs as being invalid or not?

I'm a little confused here. I dealt with an Alliance One agent recently, and she was really quite pleasant. We settled an old debt of mine rather quickly and quietly. As far as other agencies go however, there was this one fellow from MJR who was really quite rude. He said things like how I was a deadbeat just as my father before me. I dealt with him swiftly, and the MJR never tried to contact me again. Be careful guys.

I just received a letter from them stating that I owe a bill for US ONLINE AMERICA GROUP LLC. I am trying to repair my credit. I have about 9 negative items on there, and only 2 good. The two I have that are good are my secured credit card that I have had for almost a year now, and my student loan. Other than paying those two on time every month, is there something else I can do? I don't qualify for any other cards as my score is about 575. I have two of the bad items that will drop off in 2012 and the rest in 2015. I know it's a waiting game, but I was just curious if there was anything else I can do?
