I just received a phone call for someone letting me know that I will be summoned to Annapolis Court on 2 charges of fraud per MYCASHNOW payday loan service that i used and then soon found out that it was illegal for them to do business with MD residents. Needless to say I really don't need this sh*t right now. I called the number to some paralegal that is supposedly handling the case where she informed me that MYCASHNOW was sueing me for check fraud and failure to repay a debt to a financial institution or some crap. In 2008 while struggling I took out a payday loan with Pay day one. Shortly after I lost my job and could not pay bakc the amount ($665). Yesterday I get a call from a Powell Law from Denver Colorado saying that I had to pay the amount now or legal action would take place. So before I called back this morning I did some research and it appears internet payday loans are illegal in my state (Kentucky). My question is, do I have to legally pay them anything? I know in Kentucky you can know payday loan unless you are liscnesed to do so and the only way possible is to have a store front property.

I have received an offer from Nationwide Credit, Inc. for a debt reduction that is 5/6ths of the total debt! As the debt is significant, the offer is phenomenal...also a little bit too good to be true. It says the total balance can be settled for this offered amount. This balance comes from the second mortgage on my home which was forclosed. They list the creditor name as Ols-Naac 2007-S2. I don't understand that code at all! However they do have my foreclosed property address listed correctly.

I continue to get harassing phone calls for someone that must have had my phone number prior to me getting it. I have asked them repeatly it please stop calling me. Every morning at 8:30 we receive a phone call asking for "Carlos". Evidently "Carlos" picked our phone # out of the thin blue air, as we do not know a Carlos, nor do we owe anyone any debt.
