Hi. I have a 2000.00 installment loan that I have paid 1353.74 in two months and the balance is now 2100. I am in Missouri. I have this debited monthly and I just can not afford this payment anymore. They will not work with me, has anyone else worked with them on a repayment plan. They tell me the only way to get a repayment plan is to have the debit bounce. I am scared to stop payment as I can not close my account. Any advice is great! THANKS-SO STRESSED

I wished that i wouldve looked on the internet first before i western union them this money. i just called and descised my voice and they thought i was somone else all they wanted was the money. so when he realised it was me they hung up in my face and the sad thing abt it i borrowed the money frm my parents and i have yet to pay them back i really had a bad feeling when the western union was to another country. I recieved a call from these people today stating that I have an old debt with Direct TV from 2008. I have NEVER had Direct TV and informed them of this. The agent on the phone said "These calls will continue until this debt is paid". I hung up with them and called Direct TV who states they have no account under my name.

I owe on my Chase card $40k and $30k w/Capital One and $180k on my 2nd mortgage with Chase. My 1st with Chase is for $400k I live in Ca with my wife and we have just over extended ourselves and now have stopped making the 2 CC payments. Im current on my mortgage and 2nd and have not missed any payments on those or our car payments. My interest rates on the CC are 26% so Im never going to be able to pay those down. My Capital One card has now gone to NCO and they are not very willing to negotiate anything as of right now.
